Jeff is a native of Bel Air, Maryland. Jeff graduated from Bel Air High School in 1991 and West Virginia University in 1995. Frank has known him, personally, since Jeff was 8 years old. Jeff joined the firm in 1999 and received his CPA certification in the year 2000. He became a Principal with the Firm in 2005. Jeff has been with the Firm since 1999, a shareholder since 2004. Effective January 1, 2022, we are pleased to announce Jeff's promotion to Managing Partner. Jeff also has financial management experience in the transportation industry.
He is currently a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Jeff has served on various boards and committees within the county such as Board President of Harford Community Action, Treasurer of Rockfield Foundation and currently a Board member of the Bel Air Greater Foundation.
Jeff volunteers in coaching several Bel Air Recreation activities. He also participates in the adult baseball, football, basketball and softball leagues.
